version/commit: v2.2.1

how to reproduce:

0/ go to / on mobile device
1/ click any template/parcellation
2/ maximize a panel
3/ attempts to revert to four panel

expected behaviour: reverts to four panel

actual behaviour: flickers and quickly reverts to single panel
