[bug] Hemisphere information overflowed in region menu explore template list

Hemisphere information is overflowed and only the template name is visible: "MNI 152 ICBM 2009c Non..." and "MNI 152 ICBM 2009c Non..." for both left and right hemispheres.

steps to reproduce:

0/ goto /
1/ select Bigbrain Cytoarchitectonic Maps
2/ click on the region "Area TE 3 (STG) interpolated" (region-specific menu will appear)
3/ in the region-specific menu click to "Explore in other templates"
4/ hover the overflowed template name

expected result: Tooltip should appear with the full name of template and hemisphere information
actual result: Tooltip is not shown
