We are excited to announce the first official release of EffectVisR, an R package for visualising effect sizes and their confidence intervals. This package is designed to create visually compelling plots that are publication-ready and easy to interpret.
🚀 Key Features
Visualise Effect Sizes: Create clear plots showcasing effect sizes with 95% confidence intervals.
Customisable Palettes: Choose from a range of palettes, including "viridis", "magma", "grey", and more.
Two Plot Types:
es_plot_v1: Shades the confidence interval based on upper and lower bounds.es_plot_v2: Shades the confidence interval with darker colors closer to the effect size.User-Friendly Options:
Adjustable arrow color, axis titles, labels, and plot limits.
Save plots with transparent backgrounds for presentations and publications.
Partial arc visualisation for confidence intervals.
