Requesting job logs does nothing when refreshing

Reproduce:

• Set the refresh rate of the autorefresh to 1ms
• Try to open a job log

It seems to require many attempts, if it even works at all. This requires some investigation.

It might be possible to set the isRefreshing variable to true when performing some action like opening the job logs, to prevent it from starting a new refresh.

I suppose besides reporting the bug and minimizing the refresh time there is nothing I can do.
