Chapter 3.10 (OMS Hooks) lists TargetSubID as one of the FIX fields that may be referenced in a FIXatdl validation rule. TargetSubID is a field in the FIX standard header and should only be used for routing between session engines. The application should only receive the fields in the body of a FIX message.

What is the use case behind the validation of TargetSubID and can this also be achieved with a field from the body of the message?
