Pit Map Enhancements

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At an event this weekend, one team was assigned to multiple pit map locations, and there was no indication that this happened. Additionally, the printable pit map page does not appear to have an option to print with the team numbers on the map which made the printed map much more difficult to use.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to print pit maps with team numbers, and an alert when multiple pit spaces are assigned to the same team (or preventing it from happening in the first place).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Printing the map editor instead with the overlay.
