There is an issue with getting different Master manifests depending on which VOD was the latest to be loaded. The master manifest might be different because we are taking audio groupIDs and languages from the latest VOD.

The proposed solution is to have an arbitrary group ID and match segments based on codec and language instead.

I think this will be solved by Eyevinn/hls-vodtolive#117 but it should be verified.
