To elaborate a bit, we want to simulate a case (this would probably be in the instability suite) where:

Taker initiates payment to Maker
Maker initiates payment to Taker
Taker settles payment
Maker fails/cancels the incoming payment from Taker

We should ensure that Taker doesn't crash.
