We should issue a warning before create in new environments if the system has less than 2GB of RAM installed:

Your system has less than 2GB of RAM installed. This likely leads to issues during creation, because of a temporary RAM spike when creating the xud environment. Please configure a swap file as described in https://docs.exchangeunion.com/start-earning/raspixud#pi-light-setup to mitigate this. You can continue when your swap file is set up. Continue? [y/N]

Not sure what cross-OS function we have to determine RAM.

I wouldn't just check RAM, but RAM plus swap. We don't need high performance RAM but just more than 1 GB for a couple seconds, while the seedutil runs
