feat: add MCP SDK dependency and binary commands for programmatic access

- Add @modelcontextprotocol/sdk for MCP server implementation
- Add three binary commands: markmv, markmv-mcp, markmv-api
- Add npm scripts for running API and MCP servers
- Update keywords to include programmatic access terms
