The XYB color space appears in two separate implementations:

in JPEG XL, with a biased cubic transfer function (ref)
in Butteraugli, with a more complex transfer function (ref)

@mattdesl has an implementation in his notebook Perceptually Smooth Multi-Color Linear Gradients.

Support for the XYB color space was added in culori@2.1.0.
