Specify where to build the singularity container when using BatchConvert on HPC #12

It would be useful to be able to specify where the singularity image is built, where the cachedir and the tmpdir of the singularity image are located when running BatchConvert as a slurm job on a cluster.
Thank you in advance and don't hesitate to contact me if the implementation needs to be tested.
