No scrolling for iOS when infoPanel has iframe content #76

From my testing in Chrome Dev Tools, it seems that on iOS mobile devices, there is no ability to scroll when an a infoPanel has iframe content (in my case, a video). Scrolling seems to be fine for image content though.

The above problem might also occur for image content as well.

These changes seem to work in Chrome DevTools:
