Web-deck is available for your deck-design needs

The web page offers a simple deck simulation, here's how it works:

1. Make a deck in the textarea
   • 1 card per line
2. Click start
3. Then play with the deck
   • Click on the left card image to draw a card
   • Click on a card in the center to discard it
   • Click on the right card image to shuffle your draw pile in your discard pile
