I like building software from first principles, especially when existing abstractions get in the way.
Most of my projects start as experiments: a problem I want to understand, a tool I wish existed, or an idea that is easier to test by building it.
I believe open source is more than publishing code. It is a way of making ideas executable, inspectable, reusable, and available to everyone.

Hace unos 12 años empecé a programar casi sin saber muy bien dónde me estaba metiendo. Lo que comenzó como una forma de ayudarle a mi esposa con algunas tareas terminó convirtiéndose en mi profesión y, con los años, en una de las formas que tengo de entender el mundo.
Hoy, con la inteligencia artificial cambiando tan rápido la manera en que construimos software, me dieron ganas de parar un momento y escribir sobre todo esto: sobre lo que significa ser desarrollador, sobre el open source, sobre la abstracción y, sobre todo, sobre el futuro que quiero que construyamos.
Escribí este manifiesto de desarrollador a desarrollador, desde una perspectiva muy personal. No es una guía técnica ni una predicción sobre la IA. Es simplemente una conversación que quería tener con quienes, de una forma u otra, construyen el futuro.
