I download latest release and when i load into Ableton live it looks like this ( note the -inf volume )

image

When i click "edit" on the patch it loads on MaxMSP and then it works!

If I close the max window and return to live it stops working again.

weird behaviour :(

Hrm, bummer. I thought I had gotten the externals bundled in the Frozen AMXD, but maybe not. If you have some time to experiment with this, maybe you can play with it on your Windows machine and see if you can get this to save in a way that works.

What happens if you unfreeze the device (click the blue snowflake icon in the bottom left). And also try clicking the Show Project Contents button (the little tree icon thing). See what's in the window? Are the mxe and mxe64 externals showing up for you?

When i click the "Edit" button it works.

when i click "unfreeze" on the patch it still works!

when i click "show package contents" i see those files, there are no other "externals" or "patchers", i have trimmed the window size in a way where i'm sure all the files are listed in the screenshot

image

compared to your screen seems like it's missing a couple .mxo files?

Hrm, I'm unfortunately a bit stumped here. It does look like the externals are bundled in there okay. The mxo files are for Mac OS, mxe are for Windows and mxe are for 64-bit Windows, so I'm not too surprised that the mxo does not show up on your windows system - that wouldn't be helpful on windows anyways. The mxe[64] are what you need, and they do seem to be there.

If you do not click edit, but right-click and Open Max Window, do you see anything?
