Please include the source files to the diagrams, in case they need to be updated in the future. If we would merge this as is, then in a year we have the same problem of having to recreate them.

This pull request adds two PNG images to the documentation for the project:
er_model.png: Chen-style Entity-Relationship diagram showing key entities (Periods, Symptoms, SymptomDate, Ovulations, AppSettings, and AppSettingsGroup) and their relationships.
table_model.png: Logical table-based model derived from the DBML code.
These diagrams help visualize the database schema.
