Drop record filtering

Improve the ship filtering in drop record viewer that was implemented in #457.

Currently, you can only choose to ignore "common" drops. What a common drop is, is currently a very arbitrary list of hard-coded ship IDs. I think it would be best if you could select all the ships you want displayed. Maybe a way to make presets for it?

I don't have a clear idea yet, so I'll wait for feedback here.
