how to share scss between two rails engines?

Hi,

I have two engines A and B and both are using tailwindcss. I wanna create a global.scss to create a tailwind-ui and share it for both A and B. I searched the example project, but there is no example for this usage.

I wonder how we can archive this usage.

I cannot set env using vite.rb from engine A for engine_a/vite.config.ts. So I resolve the file as ts way and it works
