Addressing CVEs by upgrading:

• Crypt lib to v0.21.0
• Golang to 1.22.1
• Fiber to v2.52.2
• Disabled govulncheck because of x/vuln: govulncheck seg faults when used against project using 1.22.0 golang/go#65590
