In #160 we did a hack to fix an issue in the CSS. We should fix the issue upstream by moving the text into HTML/Python instead of hardcoding in CSS.

Jira ticket: OU-171.

This fixes the hardcoded "Answer: " in CAPA problems.

@shadinaif I think we should fix it in upstream. Sounds like a nasty bug that we'd want it to be removed from future versions.
