Use numbers (1, 2, 3) instead of (١, ٢, ٣)

Hi,
How can I change the number format into normal (1, 2, 3)? Is there an option to set in the configuration?
In maghreb countries we use normal numbers (1, 2, 3) instead of (١, ٢, ٣). Is there a way to change it?
