for integration with BEXIS2

update xml file in https://github.com/EcologicalTraitData/ETS/blob/master/bexis/traitTemplate.xml to reflect changes made in v0.10

see: https://terminologies.gfbio.org/terms/ets/pages/VERSIONS.html
refer to source file: https://github.com/EcologicalTraitData/ETS/blob/master/ETS.csv

I finally have some time to do this! One question though: the update of xml file has to be done manually right? Before starting doing it by hand I wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something useless :)

Hmm, we did it in the old Bexis by creating a dataset. There you could add data structure parts, and afterwards, they were in the XML. The problem is, with BEXIS2 software, the data structure is independent of the metadata. I think we should it provide here in a way that it can be used within BExIS, right?
Then, I need to speak with people about how to do it.

Ah, ok, I see! Yes, I would say that it's better if it can be used within BExIS. If this takes very long to implement it, in the meantime we could make a new .csv file with the updates and make it available either as a dataset or simply as a download document. Not sure how many people would need it in a short time.

Thanks for looking into this, Caterina. Another possibility could be to write a script in Open Refine to produce a suitable xml for BExIS, similar to what @DavidFichtmueller prepared for the OWL file for GFBio. see the procedure for updates described here: https://github.com/EcologicalTraitData/ETS/tree/master/gfbio
