Firstly would require somehow overriding MSVC compiling and replacing it with code compatible with 2000. Technically possible, but might be a lot of effort. An alternative is compiling with MinGW but not sure how to do that.
roytam1's PM 26.5 for 2000 was compiled with VS2005, and idk if that is feasible for this project on VS2019.
