Izumi first attempt got stuck in SHAREDLIB_BUILD, second attempt worked: Derecho DIFF from baseline found as expected for gnu tests, but also for one ctsm_sci intel and two aux_clm nvhpc tests, so I will generate new baselines... |

@slevis-lmwg and I just went over this. There is one simple thing I asked for that he'll bring in. We also realized another improvement to make this easier that we should do to improve maintence at some point, but doesn't need to be part of ctsm5.4.000.
So far no change in test-suite results (aux_clm and ctsm_sci).
Add tests according to instructions here.
