Implement algorithm for 4 layers selection:

  • based on mid of image (8x32 pixels per ROI)
  • by dividing only those ventilated pixels in 4 equal regions

Implement algorithm for ROI quadrants

Implement algorithm for 4 layers selection separated for right and left lung (4x2 ROI)

Develop/implement algorithm for user-selected ROI
