Hi, there:

When installing portcullis via conda, conda install -c bioconda portcullis I'm getting this error:

ResolvePackageNotFound: 
  - python=3.1

This happens for python 3.6 and up.

I guess this can solve your problem:

conda install -c conda-forge bioconda portcullis
