  HOW TO GENERATE A NEW METEOROLOGICAL DATASET.

   This is just a quick guide to generate NCEP meteorological driver dataset, and it 
probably needs to be better explained.  Should you have any questions, feel free to

1. At EDBRAMS/RAPP/run, you will find a script called download.sh. Open it and edit the 
   first few lines (leave the #!/bin/bash unchanged, and edit the variables at the user's
   preference section.

2. Run the script.  This will take a while, especially if you are downloading several
   years...

3. Make a link of the executable at the EDBRAMS/RAPP/run directory:
   ln -s ../build/rapp-1.0 rapp-1.0

4. Edit RAPP_IN, adjusting it to your preferences, and run ./rapp-1.0.  This is also going 
   to take several hours to finish, especially if your domain is large.

5. After the run is completed, you should have one _OL1_ and one _OL2_ file for each 
   month, plus the header.  Adjust your ED2IN to call this new header and you are all set.
