Bug description
Hi Wayne,
when I open the "rearrange apps" from settings, it is possible to rearrange any app. So far so good, but: when I open the rearranged app, it does not open the rearranged app, but the older one that was moved to another position. It seems to me that the link to the app doesnt get moved too, but only the title of the app.
Steps to reproduce the bug
Open settings
Open Rearrange apps
Rearrange some / one app(s)
Go back to home page
Try to open the app
Expected behavior
Open the correct app
