Summary
As the title say.
When playing videos with PGS subtitles, Fladder transcodes for playback, while Jellyfin Media Player does not.

Drawbacks
Transcoding demands significant server resources. My setup consists of dual E5-2640v2 processors without a GPU, and it utilizes 2000% CPU—equivalent to the performance of 20 cores.
