  • Proper styling for MacOS DataGrid RowGroupHeader
  • dynamic styling of MacOS DataGrid depending on whether gridlines are displayed
  • Styling of propertyName and itemsCount in the DataGrid RowGroupHeader (MacOS and DevExpress)

(Also added a new Converter to chose settings depending on some other string-based setting)
