How can I install the custom emojis?

There's a link to a Google drive folder containing the emojis at the bottom of the README

To use them with the bot, you'll need to get the emoji IDs of each emoji

One way to do that is by typing a backslash followed by the emoji for each emoji code (eg. \:1f1f9:) and sending that in a message
