Integration with Saxon XSLT Processor

The extension provides XSLT Tasks for compiling and running XSLT from VSCode.

Tasks use either an installed Java Saxon XSLT Processor from Saxonica or Saxon-JS, Saxonica's JavaScript XSLT Processor available as an NPM package.
