Six new MCP tools for managing iOS simulator lifecycle and environment, wrapping xcrun simctl commands. Matches XcodeBuildMCP's simulator-management workflow.

Simulator resolution reuses the existing resolveSimulator function — accepts UDID or name, auto-picks first booted if neither provided.
