About The Project

Simple hotel booking app with content management system. Users can book rooms in different hotels for specific dates. Hotel managers can create, update, delete a hotel and its rooms. Admin can manage everything in the app.

Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.

Prerequisites

These things must be installed in your system.

• NPM

Installation

1. Clone the repo

   git clone https://github.com/DebjitPramanick/Hotel-Booking-Web-App.git

2. Open the project folder
3. Now open MongoDB
4. Create a database collection
5. Copy connection url
6. Now run

   cd server

7. Create .env file
8. Paste the connection url of DB with key name = MONGO_URL
9. Now run commands

   npm i
   nodemon server.js

10. Now open new terminal
11. Now run commands

    cd client
    npm i
    npm start
