| 7 | +Наша модель компетенций состоит из грейдов, soft skills (гибких навыков) и hard skills (профессиональных навыков). |

| 9 | +- **Грейды**: Существует 5 единых грейдов для всех Individual Contributor (IC) ролей. Они общие для всех специальностей: |
