404 error when doing a backup

I am trying to do a backup via the http://abc.com/runbackup?token=xyz link but I am getting a 404 error and no backup is happening - any ideas what is causing this?

Sorry, yes, I am no longer responsible for maintaining the site I wrote this for so I have mostly forgotten about it. Feel free to take this code as a starting point if you feel like updating this to work with modern versions of ProcessWire.
