clang-TSAN does not find symbols when running on our CI/CD

as seen here, if a data race occurs, TSAN doesn't find the symbol files to give an accurate stack trace.
This is (probably) a regression since #95 .

Hmm, maybe llvm-symbolizer is missing? Adding the llvm-symbolizer-15 package. I'm really surprised by these missing packages -- they are just installed on my local ubuntu machine, so I figured that they would be pulled in as dependencies.
