Changes

• Fixed basic E2E tests on AnVIL-CMG to be more reusable on other configurations and more granulas
• Added test on the following
  • Whether the url for each tab works correctly
  • Whether clicking each tab goes to the correct page
  • Whether pagination works as expected on the donors tab specifically
  • Whether sorting each column works correctly
• Temporarily removed tests for filters

Known Issues

• One pagination test currently fails, as the total page count on the donors tab sometimes changes when the next page button is clicked. If this is intentional, I can remove this part of the test
