Create tracking functions for export buttons

Create tracking functions for the following events on the tracker in the analytics package, relating to index features on explorers and catalogs. For each, use the pagePathPlusQueryString to infer the selected filters and the current tab, and add that as a "synthetic dimension" to the spreadsheet. Provide the following dimensions and the eventCount metric:
