Buildcraft Pipe Pulsar Recipe missing

Bug Report

The Pipe Pulsar from Buildcraft|Silicon has no recipe in 3.0.7

Expected Behaviour

The recipe worked in 3.0.6 so i bet it got lost in the 3.0.6->3.0.7 conversion.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Search pipe pulsar in JEI.
2. Find item but no recipe.
