Picking up Pneumatic Craft UV Light box with shift+right click and places it down crashes the server

As I described in the title, when I picked up the UV Light Box from Pneumatic Craft (when it was next to a pressure tube), with shift + right click, and trying to place it down after rotation locking so it would have it back against the pressure pipe, it crashed the server. When i start it back up again it runs fine until I login again and load the chunks, then it crashes.

I have tried to enable the forge config where it removes ticking tile entities that are causing error instead of closing the server, but it had no effect.
