Can't craft diamond blocks back into diamonds

Bug Report

You can craft diamonds into diamond blocks, but you can't turn the diamond blocks back into diamonds.

Expected Behaviour

To be able to craft diamond blocks back into diamonds, since you can do it with emerald blocks.

Possible Solution

Add recipe for diamond block to 9 diamonds.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Look up uses for diamond blocks in JEI
2. See that there's no recipe for diamonds from diamond blocks
3. Try to craft it anyways and see it doesn't work.
