[SimpleAudioControl] Icons for volume sources

So the plugin works correctly, the only issue that I've found is that the icon of the sources in the plugin appear without texture which is a little off-putting. It would be great to have the option to not render icons and instead have a simple placeholder like the speakers symbol.

hmm what app is that? does it also appear like that in the dms dock btw?

iirc, in the code i already make it so when there is no app icon it defaults into this icon example:

just pushed a fix for it, feel free to submit another issue if you still found any problem
