What went well:

• Good technical discussion around testing and more (+ improved communication in team)
• Architecture going well
• Augusto joined the retro!
• Improvements around cache building and refactor plans
• No major issues, moving forward
• Proposal creation in good place and ready for implementation

What we could do better:

• More technical discussion in planning
• More testing on PRs for cache building - and generally around attention on larger PRs
• SWR coordination was a little messy, lots of PRs and conflicts
