paafn = ../data/paa/ecg-97m-320-16.bin
saxfn = ../data/sax/ecg-97m-320_16.bin
idxfn = ../data/non-mat/ecg-97m-320_16.bin

In the config file I saw the bin file containing paa and sax conversion. Is it necessary to gnerate those file on my own? or if I follow the procedure in readme file these files will be created.
