This should be better, can now run the examples without any changes to the initial library.
Have added code for changing millis for Arduino, ESP-IDF, Pico, Linux.
Added a override for Stream, which is used when not using Arduino.
Setup tests so they can be used with platformio, or the google test setup via cmake.
Added an example of the loco-controller example which shows the basic setup for esp-idf.
