Fresh Install Doesn't Work #183
Description
Because hyperstruct requires numpy <2.0, fresh install requires a build dependency. I don't like this, because it means I can't install it on a computer without admin rights (typically I used VS C++ Build tools).
Update and test the library with latest numpy. If no major issues pop up, try to use the latest pandas also. Installing numpy 2.3.1 is a breeze on a machine without privileges, so it should solve the primary issue here.
