Factory method allowed argument

I think it would be useful if there were.

As for methods with return values, we did not implement them, judging that they are used infrequently due to the trouble of setting the types of both the argument and the return value.

I think it's okay to include it.
However, it seems better to have T state as the first argument (although the existing one is at the end, I actually want to change that).

I agree with that.

I am sure that users are used to it, as the arguments are in that order in the recent Cysharp library.
