Grafana backrest dashboard recovery window shows odd data after failover

Describe the issue:

After a failover, the recovery window panel will show some odd data while both the old and new primary's data is getting exported.

Describe the expected behavior:

Should only show a single time value for the entire recovery window available from the repo
